  August - Hands & Feet
  Book a deluxe pedicure throughout August - £38 and receive a complimentary nail tidy and varnish. Offer available Monday - Thursday and subject to availability.

  September - Dare To Bare
  Keep the bronzed look throughout December - Have 2 St Tropez tans and recieve the 3rd one free. Offer available Monday to Thursday - All three to be taken in September and subject to availability.
  
  GHD Special Offer
  If you book any GHD Shoulder & Scalp treatment you will get a full size retail product, which will be recommended by your Therapist, to take home with you.

• Spa treatment gift vouchers

  Personalised vouchers - in a presentation folder available to a value of your  choice, a specific treatment or day programme.

• Taster treatments
  If you have never experienced the stress-reducing, calming and relaxing effect of an ESPA treatment then the following have been put together for you to try a 'taster'.

• Hints & tips
  •  A locker with robe and slippers is provided for everyone who is taking a treatment.
    
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow yourself enough time to change, complete your personal consultation card and unwind in the relaxation area.
    
  • For "wet" treatments, we recommend you bring a change of underwear, or disposables can be provided.
    
  • We respectfully request that men wear briefs or swimming trunks in the public areas.
    
  • Hydrotherm beds enhance the benefits of your treatment, improving relaxation and helping your therapist to target the areas that need more attention. However if you would prefer a traditional massage please do let your therapist know.
    
  • Some Spa treatments are not suitable if you're undergoing any form of medication, you have a medical condition or are pregnant. Please check when booking.
    
  • Some of our oils are not suitable if you have a nut allergy - an alternative oil and treatment can be arranged, so please advise at time of booking.
    
  • To avoid disappointment, please book well in advance - we recommend 2 weeks for midweek and 4 weeks for weekend.
    
  • Please give 24 hours' notice of cancellation or re-schedule. Cancellations or re-scheduled appointments within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge.
